    Meeting rooms are located at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in the North Convention Center (Level 0) and South Convention Center (Level 3). Meeting rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Meeting room reservations will incur an administrative fee of $500 per half-day reservation and $750 per full-day reservation, to be billed via Map Your Show. Deadline to submit is April 4, 2025.

  • Please note the following important information:

    • Any changes to your reservation after the initial reservation confirmation are subject to current availability. All changes must be made by April 4, 2025
    • Your meeting room administrative fee will be invoiced via Map Your Show the week of March 14, 2025. This fee must be paid no later than April 16, 2025 in order to use the room onsite.
    • The Exhibitor will be responsible for ordering the meeting room setup, food and beverages, audio-visual needs, electrical, or any other services with the appropriate vendor. You will also be directly responsible for any charges associated with these services.
    • The Convention Center provides one room setup with standard meeting room equipment and staging, for example chairs, tables, podiums, and risers, for no cost.
    • ISA makes every effort to accommodate the same setup style for consecutive events in meeting rooms using the information provided in this form. At times room setup changes are unavoidable and a fee may be charged to you by the Convention Center.
    • The Convention Center maintains a policy that no items may be taped to the walls or doors of meeting rooms. Any damage to a meeting room will be at the cost of the exhibitor.
