All cancellations must be sent in writing to alleeshia.williams@signs.org.

Cancellations received prior to January 23, 2026 will receive a refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received on or after January 23, 2026, no refund or credits will be issued. If you'd like to transfer your registration to another attendee, please email alleeshia.williams@signs.org. It is your responsibility to cancel your hotel room and other travel arrangements.
